Every transaction done through a fleet card is captured in our central computer and the transaction details including date, time and location of the vehicle (tracking report) can be viewed on our XTRAPOWER website. There is also provision for vehicle tracking in the smart card terminal even if no sale or reload transaction is undertaken. To use the tracking just insert the card into the smart card terminal at any of the designated retail outlets along the route, of travel, provide the odometer reading and the terminal shall capture all the details required for the tracking report. The tracking report for the previous day can be viewed on the XTRAPOWER website. |
