| XTRAPOWER Central Cash Management System (CCMS) through HDFC Bank |
Central Cash Management System (CCMS) is a distinctive feature of XTRAPOWER FLEET CARD PROGRAM wherein a customer can deposit fund in his customer account (i.e. CCMS account) and use the same for reloading his fleet cards at multiple locations. Currently, CCMS facility is available at designated XTRAPOWER Retail Outlets only. This facility has now been made available through HDFC Bank for providing CCMS Recharge facility to XTRAPOWER fleet card members. XTRAPOWER Customers having FINWARE current account with HDFC BANK, can now transfer funds from their bank account towards recharging their respective CCMS account. |

| Customers desirous of availing this facility may please comply with the following : |
| I. Open a current account with HDFC Bank : |
- Customers desiring to open FINWARE current account with HDFC Bank are requested to get in touch with our Fleet Marketing Officers (phone nos. are available at "Contact Us" menu on the Home Page) for assistance & guidance. All such customers would be offered a "zero balance" current account.

| II. Fill in Consent Form : |
- Customers desiring to avail CCMS facility thru HDFC Bank, are required to fill in CONSENT FORM with correct details (i.e. XTRAPOWER Customer ID, XTRAPOWER Fleet Control Card Number, HDFC Bank Account Number, HDFC Account Name and HDFC Customer ID) and hand over the same to our fleet manager for customer registration formalities. Consent form can be downloaded from www.iocxtrapower.com.

| Fund transfer to the customers' CCMS Account : |
- Thru Cheque Deposit :
- Fill in special DEPOSIT SLIP (can be downloaded from www.iocxtrapower.com).
- Attach Cheque of FINWARE CURRENT ACCOUNT and deposit the same to the nearest CMS Branch of HDFC Bank (list of HDFC CMS Branches can also be downloaded from www.iocxtrapower.com).
